Privacy at FinLucidity
This notice covers the public FinLucidity website and inquiry form. It does not replace the terms or data-handling documentation for a separate client engagement.
What this website collects
If you submit the request form, we collect the details you provide, including your name, work email, company, title, and message. We also record limited campaign parameters from the link you arrived through and the referring page when available. The form sends this information to FinLucidity’s systems so we can respond.
Website analytics
When enabled, this site uses Plausible Analytics for aggregate page and event counts. Plausible is configured without cookies, session replay, or personal form fields. Names, email addresses, free-text messages, evidence, and upload tokens are not sent to marketing analytics.
Vendors
Amazon Web Services hosts the website and inquiry systems. Plausible provides aggregate website analytics when the service is enabled.
Retention and choices
Inquiry records are kept while we follow up and for our business records. You may ask us to correct or delete your inquiry information by contacting us.
